Contact details (name, email, phone), documents you upload to your application file, message history with your consultant, and standard server logs.
3. Why we process it
To deliver the visa, foreign-employment or residence-permit consultancy you request from us, to communicate about your file, to comply with our legal obligations, and to operate this website (security, fraud prevention).
4. Sharing & disclosures
We do not sell your data. We share it only with embassies and authorities to whom your application is submitted, and with infrastructure providers (Cloudinary for documents, our email provider, our hosting provider) under strict data-processing agreements.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, write to us at the email above.
6. Retention
Active applications and contact submissions are kept while you remain a client and for 5 years after closure for accounting and audit purposes. You can request earlier deletion when no legal obligation requires us to keep the file.
