1. Acceptance
By using this website or the Albvisa Consultancy client portal you accept these Terms.
2. Nature of services
We are a private consultancy. Final decisions on visa or residence applications rest with the relevant embassy or government authority. We make our best effort but cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
3. Fees
Fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Embassy and government fees are paid separately by the client to the relevant authority.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of every document you provide. We do not knowingly submit false information to any embassy.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. Work already performed is invoiced according to the engagement letter.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence and is capped at the fees paid for the specific application.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Albanian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tirana.
